Sorry not yet! We are Australian owned and operated business and we offer delivery within Australia only. However if you are overseas and want to gift to your loved ones in Australia then yes feel free to place the order.
We ship all orders from our Melbourne facility. Delivery all over Australia usually takes about 3-5 working days. If you're in Melbourne or Sydney usually it takes less than 2 working days.
Please note, delivery to regional areas such as Regional WA / NT / Regional QLD could take up to 8 working days.
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will get automated email with tracking information. You can track the package online. We aim to keep you posted throughout the process.
We use the most reliable logistics providers in Australia. Some of our logistics partners are - Australia Post, TNT, FedEx, Couriers Please, Fastway, Aramax and more.

Hoverboards Galore provides 12 months warranty for all manufacturing defects. Our return policies are also simple to understand. You can return or replace in case your product arrives in a damaged condition or face any problem during the first 30 days of purchase. As of now, we do not offer any personalisation services. You will get the exact same product as per product description.
With that said, you can still buy heaps of silicone case covers for your hoverboard. They come in different colours, sizes and some of them are pretty cool and most kids love them! They also protect hoverboard from any potential scratches, which is especially helpful when kids are learning.
No, ban is applicable for those sellers who sell hoverboards without any safety certifications. All of our hoverboards, batteries and chargers are UL2272 Certified.
We are also registered with ERAC as a responsible supplier of electronic products.
Hoverboards from Hoverboards Galore are safe to use. In fact, we are very strict about our products meeting safety requirements. All the products sold by Hoverboards Galore comply with safety regulations and laws. The hoverboards are tested for quality and safety standards so that each of them passes the Australian Safety Standards and UL2272 certifications.
It is easy, however, the time required to learn to ride hoverboards vary from person to person. Most users take less than 5 minutes to feel comfortable standing on the board. It will take nearly 30 minutes to 45 minutes to master the balancing movements. For beginners, it is advisable to practice on a flat surface in open space and no obstructions or objects with sharp edges. As you get comfortable with riding, you should shift to parks or backyards. It typically takes one hour for an average learner to learn to ride the hoverboard.
To make it easier to learn, you may want to buy add on handle for balancing which is available on our website. However we feel that most kids don't require handle and they learn pretty quickly.
Hoverboards are pretty simple to ride. It takes about an hour for the user to get comfortable with the functionality of the product. Our hoverboards are self-balancing boards. Once you get used to them, riding a hoverboard is as simple as riding a bicycle.
We recommend to NOT use the hoverboard in wet condition. Hoverboard consists of lithium ion batteries and it is unsafe to use it in rain or in wet condition.

It takes nearly 2 to 3 hours for your hoverboards to charge fully. A fully charged hoverboard can run approximately 18 to 20 km, depending on how the hoverboard has been used. It is advisable not to charge the hoverboard for more than 3 hours because it can harm the battery life otherwise.

Kids weighing 20 kgs or above can safely use our hoverboards. The lower weight limit has been set to make sure the system can help the rider to balance efficiently while riding.
However, if you are below 16 years, it is advisable to ride a hoverboard under the supervision of an adult. We provide loads of hoverboard varieties for kids less than 10 years.
Our hoverboards are safe to ride on inclined surfaces. The system facilitates you to ride an incline and balance easily.
All of our models can be easily ridden on max incline of 15 degrees.
With Hoverboards Galore products, you can climb up an incline smoothly and also control the speed while declining or coming down.
There are no suspension mechanisms in hoverboards; however, the wheels are sturdy and flexible enough to withstand bumps, cracks, and uneven roads from half to 1 inch. As you get more used to riding it, you will see your knees automatically act as a suspension mechanism as and when required.
Depending on your usage, you can choose your hoverboard. For instance - if you prefer riding on more uneven or gravel surfaces then you should not buy 6.5" wheel model. You should probably get bigger wheel model in that case for instance off-road models.
